The technical strategies were set according to the requirements of the library, and the structural frame of the building was also designed as different concept between divided building.
According to the program concept, shelving area is designed as using book shelves as a column of the building and it can support the building from inside. The auditorium parts has exposed frame structure and it shows more transparent atmosphere than another part.
